Heat transfer is done as follows:
1. Remove the paper backing by bending a corner.
2. Place the thin remaining foil on the textile material, with the print facing outward.
3. Cover the print with baking paper or siliconized paper.
4. Remove the siliconized paper within a maximum of 10 seconds after the time has elapsed.
The foil can be cut along the image contour to transfer as little polymer excess as possible. It can also be cut with a cutter-plotter.
Do not use aggressive detergents or bleaching products.
The printed textile material must be left for at least one day before washing and must be washed and ironed with the print inside.
Printing is done ink-jet, with standard printers (HP, Canon, Epson, Apple, Digital, Kodak, Lexmark, Olivetti, Tektronix, Xerox, etc...) using their standard inks. Before printing, it must be protected from moisture and fingerprints.
Note: Due to the multitude of textile materials available on the market, it is necessary to test in advance the compatibility between the paper and the material to be printed. Transfer temperatures and times are indicative, based on our tests and practical experience. For optimal application, it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be printed.
