Withdrawal from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days, without justifying your decision.
According to European legislation (EU Directive 2023/2673) and GEO 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without needing to justify your decision. Since all our orders are placed online, this right applies to all orders.
How to initiate withdrawal
A
The order has not yet been shipped You can cancel the order directly from your account, as long as it has not been shipped. The refund is full, including delivery. Use the button below.
B
The order has been shipped but has not yet reached you You can refuse the parcel upon delivery. It will automatically be returned to us and you will receive a full refund. Alternatively (it is not mandatory, but it helps us), contact us at comenzi@green-print.ro or at 0728 350 300 (also available on Whatsapp) so we can notify the courier of the pickup.

You have already received the order Access the order from your account, select the products you want to return, and submit the request. You will automatically receive a confirmation by email, then the return instructions and the AWB. Use the button below.
