How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on the website, by email (comenzi@green-print.ro) or by phone at 0728350300 (between 09:30 and 16:30)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For orders placed before 14:00, the order will arrive the next day. For orders placed after 14:00, the order may be delayed by one more day.

When the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing all the necessary information. There you will also find the AWB number and the link where you can track the shipment step by step

What payment options do I have?

Payment by card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery to the courier. Follow the instructions on the order completion page.

How can I make a return?

You can send us an email at address X where you write which products you want to return or you can contact us by phone or on Whatsapp at 0728350300 to speak with one of our operators. Then the products must be brought to the headquarters or sent by courier via our returns platform.

I want to pick up the order from the headquarters. How do I do it?

Place the order and you can pick it up within 2-3 hours from placing it as long as you fit within the pickup schedule 09:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday).
