Polyurethane film with polyester adhesive-free backing. Although it is the thickest cutter plotter film, it ensures easy cutting, weeding, and application.
Thickness: 1000 microns
Heat transfer data:
- transfer temperature: 155° C;
- transfer time: 20 seconds;
- pressure: high (4÷5 bar);
- knife for thick films (60°);
- washing temperature: max 60° C. Wait 24h after heat transfer. Do not use aggressive detergents.
Application instructions:
It is recommended to preheat the platen for 15 seconds, at 150°C before placing the textile on the lower platen and the film on the textile.
1. Cut the material in mirror printing;
2. Remove the excess material;
3. Place the film on the textile;
4. Press for 20 seconds;
5. Remove the backing while cold.
It is delivered in rolls with widths of 50 cm and a length of 25 m and is sold by the meter.
It is available in 7 matte or glossy colors: white, black, yellow, red, green, blue, and navy blue (navy).
Note:Due to the wide variety of textile materials available on the market, it is necessary to test in advance the compatibility between the film and the material intended to be printed. The transfer temperatures and times are indicative, based on our tests and practical experience. For optimal application, it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be labeled.
RECOMMENDATION
It applies to cotton, polyester, lycra, and combinations thereof.
