How to personalize, step by step

1Remove the sublimation-compatible plate and remove the protective plastic film. If it remains on the plate, the transfer will not occur.
2Insert only the plate into the press and print. Never insert the opener into the press; heat weakens the magnet.
3After cooling, attach the plate to the front of the opener, using the adhesive already applied to the back.
No sublimation press? The area where the plate is attached can be engraved directly, or you can cut out the outline of a photograph printed on thicker glossy paper and attach it in place of the plate. The plates can also be printed by UV printing.

Values tested by Green Print for this product type. A test on 1-2 pieces is recommended before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.

  • Remove the protective film from the plate before pressing
  • Print on the white side, with the sublimation lacquer coating
  • Use Teflon sheet or protective paper over the transfer sheet
  • Allow the plates to cool naturally before bonding
  • For round logos, center the design in the 3.4 cm square
