Thermo-sensitive mug with light green interior | individual box
Thermo-sensitive ceramic mug with matte black exterior and light green interior. When in contact with hot liquids, the exterior changes color and reveals the sublimated image, offering a surprise effect.
The thermochromic ink layer is applied over the sublimation layer. At room temperature, the exterior is opaque. When hot liquid is poured in, the thermochromic layer becomes transparent and reveals the printed image underneath. The effect is reversible and lasts for hundreds of cycles.

Sublimation parameters
Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. Test on 1-2 pieces before production is recommended, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Lower temperature than for standard mugs to protect the thermochromic coating
- Preheat the mug for 10-15 seconds
- Fix the paper with heat-resistant tape
- DO NOT wash in the dishwasher at temperatures above 40°C - it can destroy the thermochromic effect
- Let the mug cool naturally before handling
Recommended for
Bestseller for surprise gifts. The selling price can be double that of a standard white mug due to the wow effect. Recommend designs with a light background for maximum contrast when the coating becomes transparent.
