Description:
Polyurethane foil with polyester adhesive backing, featuring glitter inserts that give it
a textured surface, with the glitter raised in relief.
Thickness: 350 microns.
Basic information:
These are indicative, as there are many types of cutter plotters on the market, and tests were performed on
a Summacut D60R cutter plotter.
Blade: for thick materials;
Cutting pressure: 120 gf;
Heat transfer data:
- Transfer temperature: 160° C;
- Transfer time: 15 ”;
- Pressure: medium (3÷4 bars);
- Washing temperature: 40°C (wait 24h after heat transfer). Hand washing is recommended. Do not use harsh detergents.
Application instructions:
1. Cut the material in mirror image
2. Remove excess material
3. Place the material on the textile
4. Apply the press
5. Remove the backing while cold
Available in 35 pearlescent colors and delivered in rolls 50 cm wide and 25 m long, sold by the meter.
Note: Due to the variety of textile materials on the market, it is necessary to test in advance the
compatibility between the foil and the material to be printed. Transfer temperatures and times
are indicative, based on our tests and practical experience. For optimal application,
it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be printed.
Suitable for cotton, polyester, and blends of these two materials.
